Based on those decades of prior experience, CaptureNet founders believed there had to be a better way to capture more self-pay revenue by applying innovation that delivers results…so they built, from the ground-up, a software and service hybrid solution integrating leading edge analytics and workflow automation to disrupt the industry status quo, to challenge traditional early-out vendors’ outdated processes, to materially improve liquidation rates and to enhance the patient experience with the self-pay billing process.
From our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ, CaptureNet serves more than 200 hospitals in 26 states. Client Development, IT Services, Operations, Client Services and Administrative staff are located in the Corporate Office. We utilize cloud-based call-center telephony which enables us to hire call-center representatives anywhere in the United States…placing patient representative agent support in the communities we serve across the nation.
